Analisis Resiliensi Masyarakat Korban Erupsi Gunung Kelud 2014 di Dusun Puncu, Kecamatan Puncu, Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur

Indonesia is the country which is prone to many disasters, especially a volcanic disaster. It because the geographical position of Indonesia which has been passed by two earth’s plates. One of volcanic disaster which recently occured was Kelud Mountain eruption, which happen on Februari 2012. This Kelud Mountain eruption disaster is the biggest eruption ever. Kelud eruption disaster on February 2014 causes a lot of damage, which is 8.622 houses were severely damage, 5.426 houses were moderately damage, and 5.088 houses were slightly damage. In this disaster noted that two section which is highly exposed, there are Puncu Village in Kediri and Ngantang Village in Malang. One hundred percent of houses were damaged in Puncu Village. This condition certainly became a serious burden for the resident, psychologically and economically. In this research, researcher want to measure how high the resilience level of people nine month after passing through a hard time to recover form disaster. Researcher also want to reveal what factors which probably effect on a resilience level of the people there. With revealing that two things, researcher can recommend a policy to decrease a risk level of disaster which is right on target and suitable with people conditions and needs.
