Abstract

Disaster hurt people, they injure and kill, they cause emotional stress and trauma, they destroy home and businesses, cause economic hardships, and spell financial ruin for away. And the people hit worst are the poor. A natural disaster and man-made disaster (earthquake, tsunami, flood, landslide, volcanic eruption, forest fire, hurricne, drought and so on) can happen anywhere, moreover no body knows about them. when they will come and strike the earth.
